SHIPPING (POSTING TERMS)

- Available shipping methods and shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.
- Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during busy periods.
- Delivery times shown on the website or in the order confirmation are estimates and may be affected by the carrier and other factors outside our control.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Any extra costs caused by incorrect information (e.g., re-shipping) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Unclaimed/undelivered parcels that are returned to us are not treated as a free return. Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s request, and the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, please document it and contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the packaging and contents will help us handle the case faster.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLINE STORE)
Customers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase under applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be carefully packed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

RIP & SHIP (LIVE OPENINGS)
“Rip & Ship” items are opened live at the customer’s request. Once a Rip & Ship product has been opened on the customer’s request, the order cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned based solely on the right of withdrawal, because the seal/packaging has been opened and the product’s nature has changed.
Statutory defect liability always applies: if there is an issue such as receiving the wrong item, missing contents, or a clear product/manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
